Flag Ceremony at New City Hall
This morning several scouts from Troop 344 successfully conducted a flag ceremony at the ground breaking for the new Olivette City Hall. The scouts raised and lowered the Flag in a chilly construction site in front of several city officials including the Mayor, City Manager, and Fire/Police Officers. Read more
