Phil’s scouting achievements, among many, many others, include attending S-F Summer Camp six consecutive years (2013-2018); doing Philmont twice – in 2015 and as Crew Leader in 2017, and earning the rank of Eagle Scout on April 23, 2018. Congratulations Phil on being an exemplary torchbearer of excellence in scouting!
