James Karslake’s has been awarded a William T. Hornaday Silver Medal, the highest BSA conservation award. Only about six of these medals are given to Scouts and Venturers each year across the United States. James has completed nine conservation merit badges and four conservation service projects totaling 1904 hours with the help from 243 people. He would like to thank all the scouts and adults who have helped with the projects.
