After all arriving at scoutmaster Stanton’s home, we all put our bags in a 4 row van and split into two groups, one in the van and one in a car. After about 2 hours we all stopped for gas and some of the scouts bought snacks for the trip. About an hour later we all stopped for lunch at Subway, a sacred one being the same Subway we usually stop at. Eventually we arrived at Chestnut Mountain, got our ski gear and separated into two hotel rooms for the scouts and two for the adults. Some scouts went off to the pool and some played video games in their room. The next morning we all gathered for breakfast. Soon after all the new skiers had a lesson and the veteran skiers enjoyed the slopes. At 11:30 we all gathered to do the requirements for the snow sports merit badge. We skied more and went to the pool all together, and all went back to the hotel. The next day we skied more, and headed back to St. Louis. We arrived at around nine PM and all went back home.
