The Green Rock Trail is a 13.5 mile hike which winds through Rockwoods Range, Greensfelder Park, and Rockwoods Reservation. We started from the trailhead at around 8am. Many parts of the trail were covered in snow and ice. Every 15 minutes someone would fall or  slip, so we had to watch our step. Sometimes the best way to get to the bottom of the hill was to slide down. After lunch, there were a few more falls so we decided to cut the hike short at around 5 miles. We called for 2 rides to pick us up and headed home.
