(Story by Josh) On Friday night, we arrived to S bar F scout ranch and went to camporee area. From there we went to the Pathfinder chapter spot and set up camp. Then for most of Friday night we waited until the people doing the pre-Ordeal, which included me, had to go bring their stuff to the Famous Eagle dining hall for the pre-o ceremony and to sleep the night. After the ceremony, the consensus was that it was too bad of weather so the candidates got to sleep in their tents for the preo. On Saturday morning, the ordeal candidates met by their chapter and started the ordeal. The ordeal was a service to create pathways for trucks and paths for feagle. The project lasted from 7:30 to about 1. Then we all had lunch and had free time until 3:00 where there was a chapter meeting. Then we just chilled until dinner, which was turkey, stuffing, and bread. Actually.pretty good. After dinner the candidates met by their chapter and went to the ordeal ceremony,where each was officially in the order of the arrow and we all got a sash. On Sunday we packed up our things and left at around 7 so overall it was a really fun campout. Also at the Fall Reunion, Nathan and Carson were elected Shawnee Lodge first vice-chief and second vice-chief respectively, and Brandon was elected Pathfinder’s chapter chief.
