Twenty-five scouts from Troop 344 cut down honeysuckle and cleaned up trash at Ladue Middle School (LMS) on March 28. The troop met outside LMS early that Saturday morning. The scouts cut down overgrown honeysuckle bushes between the drive outside of the fenced-in blacktop area and the creek and piled up the brush to be hauled away. They then picked up the trash that frequently gets blown into that area. Troop 344 has done a service project at LMS each spring for as long as anyone associated with the troop can remember; it’s a great opportunity to give back.
