In August 2026, Troop 344 took a trip to S-F scout ranch. The trip started on the 28th and ended on the 30th. The Pack and Paddle is a great way to start the school year as it gives scouts a chance to relax and get back into shape for scouting activities. From a small hike up to Castle Rock, to playing gaga ball with all the scouts, this year’s Pack and Paddle was an absolute blast. Starting off at Swift, we ate a great lunch before paddling to Fox Cove, where we spent the night. On Sunday morning, we packed up and paddled back to Swift to end the trip. The Pack and Paddle camp out is a super fun time and a great kick off to the school year.
