  • Troop 344’s newest Eagle Scout

    Congratulations to Troop 344’s newest Eagle Scout – Kyle Gyawali!  Kyle’s project was fish habitats for ponds in Queeny Park, a cause very near to Kyle’s heart.  Kyle has served in several leadership positions in our Troop including Senior Patrol Leader.  He participated in high adventure treks to Philmont and Sea Base.  Great job Kyle!   • Congratulations to Troop 344’s newest Eagle Scout – Patrick Hawkins!

     Patrick currently serves as our Senior Patrol Leader and earned his Eagle Scout award during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Patrick’s Eagle Project was constructing animal shelters for small mammals at the St. Louis Zoo.  To comply with social distancing requirements, Patrick had to rethink his approach to leading the entire project.  Patrick showed great flexibility during this… Read more
