His service project lasted a year, totaled about 475 hours and included researching the best soil conditions to plant native plants, removing honeysuckle, planting over 100 native plants and educating the community about invasive species.   • Post-Thanksgiving day hike

    On Saturday 11/24, seventeen members of our troop gathered for a post-Thanksgiving day trek. We hiked for about six miles on various trails at Pere Marquette State Park. We enjoyed beautiful weather and a great time. Read more

    Congratulations to Nick Schilders, who passed his District Board and achieved the rank of Eagle on September 24!  Nick completed his long scouting journey with the completion of his Eagle Project, which was building a beautiful new 1400 cubic foot aviary for the Wild Bird Sanctuary in Overland.
